Local Democracy Bill: report stage

A Government Bill - aiming to provide greater opportunities for community and individual involvement in local decision-making - continued its passage through the Lords on 23 March.
Suggested changes to the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill were discussed during report stage. Amendments suggested covered clauses 23-68 of the Bill.
