Baroness Greengross introduced a debate on maximising the talent and skills available to the UK on Thursday 5 March. Members of the Lords, with wide-ranging expertise in education, enterprise and more, took part in the discussion.

In the House of Lords Members may table questions for debate, usually up to an 2 hours and a half, on a specific issue or matter of concern. A minister responds on behalf of the Government.
