Lords debate: tax evasion

Lord Wallace of Saltaire opened a debate in the House of Lords on 26 March to discuss the role of offshore financial centres, under the British Crown, which can allow people to avoid or evade taxation
Members with experience in law and finance contributed to the discussion. Lord Myners, Financial Services Secretary at the Treasury, responded on behalf of the Government.
