Marine Bill: eighth day of committee

Suggested changes to the Marine and Coastal Access Bill were discussed during the eighth day of committee stage in the Lords on 11 March. Amendments discussed covered clauses 116-139 of the Bill.

Line by line examination of the Bill takes place during committee stage – every suggested change can be discussed and votes can happen. Any Member of the Lords can take part.

Further line by line examination takes place on 16 March.

The Bill covers a broad range of marine issues.
