Northern Ireland Bill: second reading

Members of the House of Lords discussed the principles of the Northern Ireland Bill, which makes provision in relation to policing and justice in Northern Ireland and amends section 86 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998.

The Bill now moves to committee stage - line by line examination of the Bill on 11 March. All remaining stages of the Bill will also be discussed on 11 March.
