Contaminated blood products

Lord Morris of Manchester (Labour), President of the All Party Parliamentary group on Haemophilia, will call attention to the findings of the independent public inquiry headed by Lord Archer of Sandwell in a debate this Thursday, 23 April, in the House of Lords.
The inquiry looked into the infection and deaths of patients with HIV and Hepatitis C by contaminated NHS blood and blood products.
The debate will hear from Lord Archer of Sandwell about his inquiry into what Lord Winston has described as “the worst treatment disaster in the history of the NHS”.
