Lord Craig of Radley (Crossbench), former Chief of Defence Staff, will call attention to the effect on civil liberties from electronic surveillance and the collection, monitoring, storage and loss of digital information about individual members of the public in a debate this Thursday, 23 April, in the House of Lords.
