Emergency legislation inquiry hears from Lords Leader and Commons Deputy Leader

Baroness Royall of Blaisdon, Leader of the House of Lords and Chris Bryant MP, Deputy Leader of the House of Commons, appear before the House of Lords Constitution Committee at 10.45am as part of its inquiry into emergency legislation
