Health Bill: report stage

During the first day of report stage on the Health Bill, Members of the Lords discussed suggested changes to the clauses proposing an NHS constitution
Other topics discussed included car parking charges and a committee to advise on treating haemophilia. The amendments discussed covered clauses 1-9 of the Bill.
