The Bill moves to report stage - a further chance to examine the Bill and make changes - on 11 May. Every suggested change can be discussed and votes can happen. Any Member of the Lords can take part.
The Postal Services Bill makes provision for the restructuring of Royal Mail Group and other related issues.
