In Grand Committee - every clause has to be agreed to and changes can be made but votes on the changes do not take place.
The Bill moves to report stage - a further chance to amend the Bill - on 8 June.
The Business Rate Supplements Bill empowers certain local authorities in England and Wales to levy a local supplement on the business rate to invest in that area.
