CBI speaks to Lords EU consumer rights directive inquiry

The House of Lords European Union Sub-Committee on Social Policy and Consumer Affairs takes evidence at 9.40am as part of its inquiry into the issues raised by the EU Commission's proposal for a Directive on consumer rights.
