Committee look at EU directive on consumer rights

The House of Lords European Union Sub-Committee on Social Policy and Consumer Affairs takes evidence at 9.40am from the Office of Fair Trading and Trading Standards Institute as part of its inquiry into the issues raised by the EU Commission's proposal for a Directive on consumer rights
