Two questions for short debate were raised in the House of Lords on 13 May

Earl Attlee introduced a discussion on the steps that can be taken in regard to unjustified clamping and removal of cars.
Contributions came from Members with experience and expertise in transport issues. Lord West of Spithead, Home Office Minister, replied on behalf of the Government.
The future of St Helena - a British Overseas territory - was the subject of a discussion introduced by Lord Jones of Cheltenham.
Questions for short debate - discussions usually lasting up to 90 minutes - can be tabled by any Member of the Lords to ask the Government a question on a topic of interest. A spokesperson replies to the question on behalf of the Government.
