The Marine and Coastal Access Bill's journey through the House of Lords continued on 12 May with the second day of report stage.

Possible amendments discussed covered issues such as the coastal access scheme and clause 114 of the Bill.

Further line by line examination of the Bill takes place during report stage and allows Members to revisit issues discussed previously. All suggested changes to the Bill can be discussed and votes can take place.

The Bill will be examined during a third day of report stage on 19 May, where further changes can be made.

The Government's Bill covers a broad range of marine issues.
