Meeting the 2050 carbon dioxide target: Lords debate

Lord Dixon-Smith (Conservative) will call attention to the changes required of society to meet the 2050 carbon dioxide emissions target set by the Climate Change Committee, in a debate this Thursday, 21 May, in the House of Lords

Lord Hunt of Kings Heath will speak on behalf of the Government.

  • Earl of Cathcart (Conservative); Opposition spokesperson for Environment
  • Lord Hunt of Kings Heath (Labour); Government spokesperson for Justice
