Minister appears before Lords EU and China inquiry

Gareth Thomas MP, the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department for International Development gives evidence at 10.35am to the House of Lords EU Foreign Affairs, Defence and Development Policy Sub-Committee inquiry into the relationship between the European Union and China.

The inquiry is focusing on the foreign, security and development policy aspects of the relationship, but will also cover key issues for bilateral cooperation such as human rights, the environment, and science and technology.
