The House of Lords EU Select Committee will hear from Caroline Flint MP, Minister for Europe, in a public evidence session at 4.30pm.

The evidence session will focus on the outcomes of the European Council held in March 2009 as well as the Committee's current inquiry into the implications of codecision for national parliamentary scrutiny.

It has been the Committee’s practice in recent years to hear evidence from the Minister for Europe after each European Council.
