The House of Commons debated an Opposition motion brought by the Conservatives exploring skills in the recession and the funding of further education and training

The business in the Main Chamber of the House of Commons is determined by the Government and announced each week by the Leader of the House. The Opposition are allocated 20 days each Session when they determine the business. The opposition parties generally use them to raise questions of policy and administration.
