Consultation on review of financial support for Lords

The Senior Salaries Review Body (SSRB) has been asked by the House of Lords and the Prime Minister to conduct a review of financial support for Members of the House of Lords. The SSRB has today issued a consultation document, copies of which are being sent to all Members of the Lords.

The SSRB welcomes responses from all interested individuals and organisations.
The deadline for responses is 31 July and the SSRB intends to complete its review by the end of October 2009.
