Lord Patten gives evidence to EU and China inquiry

Lord Patten of Barnes, the last Governor of Hong Kong and former European Commissioner for External Relations, appears before the House of Lords EU Foreign Affairs, Defence and Development Policy Sub-Committee at 10.35am, as part of the Committee's inquiry into relations between the European Union and China.
