Lord Tyler introduced a discussion on the legislative proposals for constitutional reform and renewal in the House of Lords on 11 June

Experts in constitutional affairs contributed to a debate which covered parliamentary and electoral reform, public engagement in democracy and the Government's recent statement on proposals for constitutional change.

In the House of Lords Members may table questions for debate, usually up to two hours and a half, on a specific issue or matter of concern. A minister responds on behalf of the Government.
