Dr Vince Cable, Lib Dem MP for Twickenham, introduced a debate in Westminister Hall on Government programmes to assist people facing repossession and mortgage arrears.

Westminster Hall adjournment debates allow MPs to consider issues of local or personal interest which rarely have time to be debated in the main Chamber of the House of Commons. They enable MPs to discuss a variety of issues and to receive a response from a government Minister.
