MPs debate whether UK should have a Bill of Rights

Andrew Dismore, Labour MP for Hendon, opened a debate in Westminster Hall on whether the UK should have a bill of rights. MPs were discussing a report from the Joint Committee on Human Rights - of which Mr Dismore is Chairman - and the Government’s response
