Committee stage of Parliamentary Standards Bill

The Parliamentary Standards Bill had its first day of committee in the Commons. Most committee stages for Public Bills are held outside the Chamber and are considered by a limited number of MPs, but on this occasion all MPs could take part because the Bill is being considered by a Committee of the whole House.
