Carbon budgets evidence session

The Environmental Audit Committee holds the fourth evidence session of its inquiry into carbon budgets and whether the government is doing enough to meet the budgets set out in the Climate Change Act. Watch from 10.20 am
The Committee questions Lord Turner and David Kennedy, chairman and chief executive respectively of the Committee on Climate Change. Later in the session they will talk to Ed Miliband, the Energy and Climate Change Secretary.
