Coroners and Justice Bill: Lords report stage

Members of the Lords began the report stage of the Coroners and Justice Bill on 21 October
Amendments (proposals for change) discussed included clauses (parts) 1-14 of the Bill on subjects covering use of intercept evidence and inquests with juries.
Three votes (divisions) on amendments to the Bill took place, with the Government losing a vote on the use of secret inquiries.
