New Member of the Lords: Baroness O’Loan

Baroness O’Loan joins the House of Lords as a life and Crossbench Peer. Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission's current inquiry into human rights, she is a former law lecturer and the first, and former, Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland.

Her formal introduction (a short ceremony which takes place in the Lords Chamber before each Member is able to take their seat in the House) takes place on 27 October from 2.30pm.
