Statement on release of Abdelbaset al-Megrahi

The Foreign Secretary made a statement to the Commons on the circumstances surrounding the decision of the Scottish Justice Minister on 20 August to release on compassionate grounds, Abdelbaset al-Megrahi, the man convicted of the Lockerbie bombing.
