Urgent question on the Children’s Commissioner

Children, Schools and Families Secretary, Ed Balls, answered an urgent question from Michael Gove on his decision to appoint Maggie Atkinson as Children's Commissioner for England, in light of a recent Select Committee report questioning her appointment.
