Apprenticeships Bill: Lords report stage

Members of the Lords discussed the first day of report stage on the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill on 2 November
Amendments (proposals for change) discussed included clauses (parts) 1-100 of the Bill on issues including careers education, employer support for employee study and training and provision of education for persons subject to youth detention.
