The Home Affairs Committee questions various witnesses, including Home Secretary, Alan Johnson, about the role of the Home Secretary in relation to the UK-US Extradition Treaty. Watch from 4.30pm.

Gary Mckinnon's mother, Mrs Janice Sharpe, will also appear before the Committee at 4.30pm, along with Mark Lever, Chief Executive of the National Austistic Society. Alan Johnson will appear before the Committee at approximately 5pm.

Commenting on the Treaty, Committee chairman, Keith Vaz said:

"the Extradition Treaty has long been contentious due to the principal of reciprocity, and the ongoing developments in the case of Gary McKinnon serve to highlight the continuing difficulties in the current extradition relationship between the UK and the US. We are pleased to have this opportunity to question the Home Secretary on his role in the decision making of cases which stem from the Treaty."
