Northern Ireland Secretary, Shaun Woodward, answered MPs' questions on subjects including the Saville inquiry, paramilitary activities, the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, loyalist decommissioning, devolution and local government reorganisation.

Question Time is an opportunity for MPs and Members of the House of Lords to ask government ministers questions. These questions are asked at the start of business in both chambers and are known as 'oral questions'.

Each government department answers questions according to a rota called the Order of Oral Questions. The questions asked must relate to the responsibilities of the government department concerned.
