Policing and Crime Bill: Lords report stage

Members of the Lords discussed the first day of report stage of the Policing and Crime Bill on 3 November
Amendments (proposals for change) discussed covered clauses (parts) 11-14 of the Bill on subjects including police equipment, police procedures and practices and paying for sexual services of a prostitute subjected to force in England and Wales.
