Policing and Crime Bill: Lords report stage

Members of the Lords completed the second, and final, day of report stage on the Policing and Crime Bill on 5 November
Amendments (proposals for change) discussed covered clauses (parts) 14-115 of the Bill on issues including paying for sexual services of a prostitute objected to force, regulation of lap dancing and other sex encounter venues, offence of persistently possessing alcohol in a public place and injunctions to prevent gang-related violence.
