Lords Committee private finance projects inquiry continues

The House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee inquiry into Private Finance Projects and off-balance sheet debt continues at 3.35 pm

Appearing before the Committee at 3.35pm will be:

  • Adrian Olsen, Bank of Ireland
  • Philip Turville, RBC Capital Markets

Appearing before the Committee at 4.15pm will be:

  • Adrian Ewer, CEO of John Laing plc
  • David Metter, CEO of Innisfree and chair PPP Forum
  • Paul Davies, PricewaterhouseCoopers UK

The inquiry will consider many aspects of the use of Private Finance arrangements including an assessment of the performance of Private Finance Initiative schemes and how future payments by the Government under PFI should be recorded in public sector accounts.
