The Committee's fourth evidence session on its inquiry into European justice issues.

Christopher Graham, the Information Commissioner will also give evidence on these topics.

Sentencing guidelines: corporate manslaughter

The Justice Committee also scrutinises draft sentencing guidelines issued under the authority of the Sentencing Guidelines Council and during this session will examine the guidelines on corporate manslaughter with various bodies.
