Digital Economy Bill: Lords committee stage - day five

Members of the House of Lords continued the line by line examination of the Digital Economy Bill on 26 January during the fifth day of committee stage
Clauses 10-18 were discussed on issues including: obligations to limit internet access; contents of the code to limit internet access; power to amend copyright provisions; and powers in relation to internet domain registries.
