Environment Secretary quizzed on Defra’s food strategy

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee will question the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Hilary Benn, on Defra's food strategy. Watch live from 3pm.

The evidence session will look at the recently published Food 2030 report and the state of the UK's food supplies.

The Committee is appointed by the House of Commons to examine the expenditure, administration and policy of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and its associated public bodies including the Environment Agency, Natural England and the Commission for Rural Communities.
