Digital Economy Bill: day seven of Lords committee stage

Members of the House of Lords completed the seventh day of line by line examination of the Digital Economy Bill on 8 February.
Clauses 31-44 were discussed on issues including national radio licences, video game classification and extension and regulation of licensing of copyright and performers' rights.
