Members of the House of Lords discussed the sixth day of line by line examination - committee stage - of the Digital Economy Bill on 3 February.
Clauses 19-30 were covered on subjects including: management of the internet domain registry, Channel 4's remit in relation to media content, the public teletext service, appointed providers of regional or local news and the digital switchover.
