The Foreign Affairs Committee takes evidence from Foreign Secretary David Miliband in a one-off evidence session exploring government policy, and in particular the responsibilities of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, in relation to Afghanistan and Pakistan. Watch live from 2.30pm.

The session follows up on the Committee's July 2009 report on Global Security: Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The session will also provide an opportunity to explore the key decisions taken by the international community on its new political strategy which was agreed recently at the London Conference on Afghanistan.
