House of Lords on national security strategy

Members of the House of Lords contributed to a debate on the UK's national security strategy on 4 February.
A wide-ranging discussion took place on issues including: the definition of national security; the recent Green Paper on the future of UK defence; the role of the intelligence agencies; cyber attacks and security breaches; international terrorism; the UK's involvement in Afghanistan; and international border security.
