Mervyn King, Governor of the Bank of England, is among the witnesses giving evidence to the Treasury Committee on the Bank of England’s February 2010 Inflation Report. Watch live from 9.15am.

The Inflation Report is produced on a quarterly basis by staff at the Bank of England under the guidance of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC).

The report informs discussions among MPC members and explains the Bank’s decisions on monetary policy to the public. The Treasury Committee questions the Governor of the Bank and other members of the MPC on their recent decisions and monetary policy going forward.
