Budget debate in Commons - third day

John Denham, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, opened the third day of the debate on the recent Budget. The Shadow Secretary, Caroline Spelman, opened for the Conservative Opposition, and Jeremy Browne, Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury, for the Liberal Democrats. The final day of debate will be held on Tuesday 30 March.
