Crime and Security Bill: second Lords reading

On 29 March Members of the House of Lords took part in the second reading, the debate on general issues, of the Crime and Security Bill.

Discussions during second reading of the Bill covered subjects including DNA retention, domestic violence protection, alcohol licensing and anti-social behaviour.

A date for committee stage, allowing detailed examination of the Bill, is yet to be scheduled.
