Aylesbury MP, David Lidington, led a Westminster Hall adjournment debate on the effect on Buckinghamshire of the Government's preferred route for the High Speed Two rail link.

Transport Minister, Sadiq Khan, responded on behalf of the Government.

Adjournment debates are a way of having a general debate in the House of Commons without requiring the House to vote. The MP who tabled the subject of the debate will speak first and a Government minister will reply.
