Digital Economy Bill: Lords report stage

Members of the House of Lords contributed to the report stage discussion on the Digital Economy Bill on 1 March.
Report stage is a further chance for the Lords to amend the Bill and they examined clauses 1-8 covering the general duties of Ofcom, reports on infrastructure and internet domain names, notifying subscribers of reported infringements and providing infringement lists to copyright owners.
