Digital Economy Bill: Lords report stage - day two

Members of the House of Lords contributed to the second day of report stage on the Digital Economy Bill on 3 March.
Clauses 8-30 were discussed on issues including obligations to limit internet access, internet domain registries and the digital switchover.
