Members of the House of Lords contributed to the third reading debate on the Digital Economy Bill on 15 March

The final tidying-up of the Bill, Members of the Lords discussed clauses 4-43 on issues including obligations to limit internet access, internet subscriber appeals and licensing of copyright and performers' property rights.

The Digital Economy Bill now moves to the House of Commons for MPs to consider it.
